Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

— of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post, or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You may also use the withdrawal function on this page, which is the fastest route.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.
If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. In practice: we keep the share of the price for the days you had access and refund the remainder.
When the right of withdrawal ends early
At checkout you are asked to tick a box confirming two things: that you expressly request and agree that we begin providing access before the withdrawal period ends, and that you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
Your right of withdrawal therefore expires as soon as we have fully delivered the period you paid for:
- Weekly plan: after 7 days of access.
- Monthly plan: after 30 days of access.
- Three-month plan: after 90 days of access.
- Lifetime access: the service is continuous, so the 14-day period applies; withdrawing within it means you pay for the days used up to that point.
Each automatic renewal of a subscription is a continuation of the existing contract, not a new one, and does not start a new withdrawal period. You can stop renewals at any time through the "Manage or cancel" link on the access page.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the service is defective.
